\n1 rote und 1 gr\u00fcne Paprikaschote
\n1 Essl\u00f6ffel Dijon-Senf
\nSalz nach gusto
\n30 Umdrehungen mit der Pfefferm\u00fchle mit schwarzem Pfeffer
\n1 Teel\u00f6ffel\u00a0 Bruno Fischers Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche
\n5 Essl\u00f6ffel gemahlene Mandeln (nehme ich statt Paniermehl)
\n1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen<\/p>\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong>
\nZwiebel, Knoblauch, Chilischoten (entkernt) und Paprikaschoten (nat\u00fcrlich auch entkernt) sehr fein hacken und mit allen anderen Zutaten vermengen
\nDen Bl\u00e4tterteig ausbreiten, die H\u00e4lfte der Masse darauf verstreichen, zusammenrollen und auf ein mit kaltem Wasser abgesp\u00fcltes Pizzablech geben.
\nMit dem verr\u00fchrten Eigelb bestreichen und
\nbei 210 Grad im vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Schien backen.<\/p>\n
