Unsere G\u00e4ste – und auch wir – lieben diese Torte.
\nDas Rezept – hier leicht abgewandelt – stammt aus einer\u00a0 Ausgabe der Zeitschrift essen&trinken<\/em> vom September 1997.<\/p>\n

Zutaten:<\/em><\/strong>\"\"<\/a>
\n120g Butter<\/em>
\n 200g Zucker<\/em>
\n 1 R\u00f6hrchen Mandelaroma<\/em>
\n 2 Eier<\/em>
\n 70g gemahlene Mandeln<\/em>
\n 80g Mehl<\/em>
\n 1\/2 TL Backpulver<\/em>
\n fein abgeriebene Schale einer unbehandelten Zitrone<\/em><\/p>\n

Au\u00dferdem<\/em>
\n \u00d6l f\u00fcr die Form<\/em>
\n Puderzucker zum Best\u00e4uben<\/em><\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/strong>:
\nButter schmelzen und auf Raumtemperatur abk\u00fchlen lassen. Mit Zucker, Mandelaroma und Eiern kr\u00e4ftig durchmixen (m\u00f6glichst in einem hohen, schmalen Gef\u00e4\u00df). Mandeln, Mehl, Backpulver und Zitronenschale hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitermixen, bis ein z\u00e4hfl\u00fcssiger Teig entstanden ist.<\/p>\n

Eine Tarteform (ca. 22cm) leicht einfetten und mit gemahlenen Mandeln ausstreuen. Teig hineingeben, im Backofen auf der 2. Einschubleiste von oben ca. 40 Minuten bei 160\u00b0C backen (Gas 1-2 – Umluft nicht empfehlenswert). Ausk\u00fchlen lassen, mit Puderzucker bestr\u00e4uen und in der Form oder auf einer Kuchenplatte servieren.<\/p>\n
