Hackfleischrolle<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Zutaten:<\/strong>
\n3 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l
\n100 Gramm gew\u00fcrfelten durchwachsenen Speck
\n375 Gramm gehackte Zwiebel
\n2 gehackte Knoblauchzehen
\n1 \u2013 2 in Ringe geschnittene Chillischoten (je nach gew\u00fcnschter Sch\u00e4rfe)
\n750 Gramm Hackfleisch
\n4 Eier
\n4 Essl\u00f6ffel Paniermehl
\n2 Teel\u00f6ffel mildes Paprikapulver
\nPfeffer und Salz nach eigenem Geschmack
\n1 Rolle d\u00fcnner Bl\u00e4tterteig<\/p>\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong>
\nOliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erw\u00e4rmen, Speck darin ausbraten, Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen, Chilischoten hinzuf\u00fcgen und d\u00fcnsten bis sie glasig sind. Diese Masse abk\u00fchlen lassen.
\nIn einer Sch\u00fcssel Hackfleisch mit Paniermehl, Eiern, Gew\u00fcrzen vermengen, die Zwiebelmasse hinzuf\u00fcgen und nach eigenem Gutd\u00fcnken abschmecken.
\nDen Bl\u00e4tterteig ausbreiten, den Hackfleischteig darauf verstreichen, einen kleinen Rand frei lassen und l\u00e4ngs aufrollen.
\nAuf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben, mit Eigelb bestreichen und mit Sesamsaat bestreuen.<\/p>\n

Im 170 Grad vorgeheizten Backofen auf der unteren Schiene eine Stunde \"\"<\/a>goldgelb backen. Etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen und dann in Scheiben geschnitten auf einem rustikalen Brett (zwecks der Optik) servieren.
\nEine Porzellanplatte ist nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht verkehrt.<\/p>\n

\u00dcbrigens: Wenn man statt Bl\u00e4tterteig Hefeteig nimmt – egal ob selbst gemacht oder gekauft – die obenbeschriebene F\u00fcllung darauf gibt, auf dem Backblech als gro\u00dfes „H\u00f6rnchen“ formt, kann man dieses Gericht\u00a0 „Pirogge“ nennen.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
