Auch dieses Rezept haben wir von einer guten Freundin und die Vinaigrette\"\"<\/a> kann vielen Gerichten einen gewissen „Pep“ verleihen, so z.B. auch dem „Hackfleisch vom Blech“.<\/p>\n

25 g Rosinen
\n1 rote Chilischote feingehackt (je nach Sch\u00e4rfe und Geschmack, auch mehr)
\n50 ml Wei\u00dfwein
\n4 – 5 EL Weisweinessig
\n1\/2 TL abgeriebene Zitronenschale (nat\u00fcrlich BIO!)
\nSalz
\n6 – 7 EL Oliven\u00f6l
\n2 – 3 Stiele Zitronenthymian, fein gehackt
\n(wenn nicht vorhanden, den normalen nehmen und einfach noch etwas Zitronensaft zugeben)<\/p>\n

Rosinen mit Wein mit dem Zauberstab zerkleinern, in einem kleinen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze 2 -3 Minuten fast vollst\u00e4ndig einkochen.
\nVom Herd nehmen und mit Essig auff\u00fcllen.
